The link below will download a Zipped file containing the Windows Installer for the current 'live' version of DatMapR (v1.4.2) (DatMapRSetup.exe).  Unzip the Installer package, then run the 'exe' file to install DatMapR and its associated files to your PC.

DatMapR is installed by running the installer 'DatMapRSetup.exe', which needs to be unzipped from the above download. The user can then decide where the program should be installed (by default C:\Program Files\middlea-software\DatMapR (or similar depending on the version of Windows)), a name under which a shortcut will be placed in the StartUp menu, and whether a Desktop Shortcut is required. The necessary files (including a copy of the User Guide) and shortcuts will then be created (replacing files from a previous installation of DatMapR).

The installer will also sets up a 'file association' linking files with the '.dmr' extension (DatMapR Project files) with the application. This allows the user to double-click a .dmr file in Windows Explorer to open the application and the file.

If no longer required or if you want to install the files at a different file location, DatMapR can be Uninstalled using the Windows Control Panel 'Add or Remove Programs' facilty (in XP) or 'Programs and Features' (in Windows 7).
