A second Beta Test of version 1.4 of DatMapR has just been made available on the web-site Downloads page. To avoid any confusion, I have incremeted the 'Bug' version as well as the Build number - so this is version 1.4.1 Build 24.
As well as correcting some bugs and 'features' identified in the earlier Beta Test, I have allowed a bit of 'mission creep' to take place and have added a few further enhancements.
Perhaps the most significant are the ability to save a completed map as a Background to which further mapping can be added, and the ability to share settings (included a map saved as Background settings) between Projects.
Each time DatMapR is run, it will also now check and let the user know if a new version is available for download.
